- 90% total price of the apartment/flat at contract signing
- 10% total price of the apartment/flat by taking over
At contract signing, the whole price must be deposited by notary authority or blocked on the bank account for this purpose. The money will be wired to the seller after obtaining the proof of ownership where buyer will be showed as owner.
