Apartment project „Nice Viewpoint“ is situated at Vachmajsters’ hill, in the area of Koliba-Stáže. Entrance to the property is from Suchá Street, through an entrance gate using a remote control or a numeric code. The gate for the cars and entrance for visitors is possible to open using also an electronic video door opener from each apartment.

There are nine apartments in each of the Pavilion A and B. At the entrance to the houses, there is a concierge room that might be used, if wished by the owners. Between the objects there is a linking underground Pavilon C with 11 parking lots. At the ground level, this part is covered with a garden roof. Both apartment houses have extra land attached. There will be a small park designed as a place to chill out and relax.
