Pavilions A and B have 1 underground, 3 floors and 1 attic with low angled roof. The roof is divided by terraces in conjunction to apartment on the highest floor. Each apartment has a living room connected to a sheltered terrace with splendid views. Each house has a lift (brand: Schindler) for 4 person stopping at each floor.

The house is constructed by brick walls POROTHERM thickness 300mm with ferroconcrete ceilings. Outside walls are coated with thin coating Nobasil FKD thickness 100mm and facing bricks STROEHER. Between flats, there are POROTHERM AKUSTIK walls, and within the flats POROTHERM P+D walls are used. Entrance doors are high standard fire safety doors with steel hinges. Windows are wooden with external blinds. All interior and exterior handrails are perforated rustles tin.
